Will I get value for money?
Of course you will. It’s a two way street with us. We aim to deliver great designs that will not only give you good value for money per design but also enhance your companies brand and increase a the company value.
What kind of work can I request?
Snapize® can tackle most of your graphic design needs. From branding to brochures to UI/UX design we do it all. However we do not provide video editing, animation and complex illustration services. For more information please speak to our team.
Unlimited requests? Unlimited revisions?
Exactly! You will have a dedicated graphic designer who will work closely with you to provide the best solutions and develop your ideas. You’ll have the freedom to explore multiple solutions at no extra cost. You’ll never be limited to the amount of work you can send in.
How do I get started and how long does it take?
After you you’ve made initial contact we’ll send you an onboarding form for you to complete. This form will give us the insights to you and your business which will help our designers develop the very best ideas and really get under the skin of your business. This usually takes 1-2 business working days and then after that we’ll be ready for you to start sending your briefs.
How fast can you complete my request?
It’s very difficult for us to give exact timeframes, every company has busy and quiet periods of time and we can’t predict the size of job you require. We will however work closely with you to give you estimated timeframes when you send the brief in. You can be rest assured once we agree a timeframe we’ll stick to it.
I need 9,934 designs a month, is this possible?
You can send in as many requests as you want. You will work closely with your designer to schedule work and push through them like a production line. It’s a two way street with us so you have to be realistic to how much work we can physically do and bear in mind that we do have other clients. From our point of view we want to deliver as much work as possible and provide a value to your company.
When will I be billed?
We setup all clients via GoCardless direct debit. All plans are billed on the 1st of the month. You will receive an invoice for your records.
What are your cancelation terms?
We charge on a month to month basis without any long term contracts. You can cancel anytime. Once cancelled your direct debit will be cancelled from the following month and the services we provide will run until the end of the cancelation month.
